General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi, Kayla, You have brown blotch under the lower lip, It itches, burns, peels, and spreading, Previously you had it and subsided.
It appears to be a fungal infection, and may spread if un treated. i to my patients with such symptom prescribe grisofulvin tablets, and a steroid and anti biotic anti fungal cream for local application.
So i advise you to consult a dermatologist for treatment.
Thank you.
