hi, this could be a streaks of bleeding after passing stools, which could be due to fissure in ano. take stool softners, high fibre diet, lots of fluid, local anaesthetic ointment while passing stools and an antispasmodic. if it does reduce please see a surgeon, sometimes it may need surgery. swollen glands, is it haemorrhiods you are saying? then again surgery will help. all the very best.
