Brown Spots Below Penis Head, Itching, Bruise, Reddish Spots Turning Dark. Treatment?

I have a group of small painful brown spots on the shaft of my pennis just below the head. It started out as a pain (like a bruise would feel) followed by redish spots,followed by darker spots below the skin (kind of like a metal sliver with skin grown over). These seemed to come to the surface and turn brown in color over a period of three or for days. They hurt and itch but I don t scratch it. Please help. I m freaking out....BTW I m married and have no other sex partners. My wife has know issues.

Thanks for your query,based on the facts that you have posted it appears that you have Fordyce spots over shaft of your penis.

The penile skin is rich in sebaceous glands and hence prone to get more sebaceous cyst due to accumulation of sebum beneath the skin.
Normally they fade away without treatment however they need to be treated if increase in size or get infected.
