Brown Spotting, Mucus Discharge, Tender Breasts, Fatigued. On Birth Control. Help?

The last day of my last period was one month ago. I have yet to have recieved my march period. I did start birth control pills mid march. I had thin light brown spotting for a day last week. Then nothing. Today when i wiped i had a light brown mucus with a red streak in it, on the toilet paper. Am i just adjusting to my pills or could i be pregnant? I am fatigued, breaking out and have tender breasts

Hi,
Welcome to HCM,
You have not started your birth control pill at proper time as it should be started fifth day of your period.
Here there are all the chances of having pregnancy as you do not get proper hormonal level to prevent ovulation.
Consult your gynaec and get examined.
