Brown Vaginal Discharge, Red Bump On Vaginal Lip, Delayed Periods. STD Or Pregnancy Symptoms?

I just started ejaculating a brown substance and I just got a red bump on my vagina lip...I ve had an std before but it was viewable I ve had unprotected sex over the last few weeks but I know he s clean...also my period is about 6 weeks late and I might be pregnant..please help and tell me what this sounds like..PS I changed soaps and I douches twice the other night could that be the problem?

DEAR PATIENT
As your period is delayed, you should do a Urine Pregancy Test to find out if you are pregnant. As you have a previous history of STDs, I would suggest you to get tested for recurrence of STDs. Brown discharge and delay of periods can also be due to recurrence of STDs like HIV,Syphilis,Herpes,Gonorhea. STDs have adverse effect on the fetus if you are pregnant. So it is essential to rule out pregnancy and get treated for STDs if you test positive.
