Brownish Lump On The Inner Thigh. Used Permethrin. Do I Have STD?
Hi - basically about a week ago I saw a brown bump on my inner theigh and it hasn t gone away. I thought it might be crabs but I haven t had any sexual contact in 2 months, and have not shared a towel or bed with anyone. Just in case I put permethrin 1% on it yesterday to see if it would help. There are no problems, its just the uncertainty of what the bump is worries me.

from the description provided, it doesn't sound like STD.
It could be a boil or skin tag or a wart.
Boil would need topical antibiotic while skin tag or wart would require cautery.
It is definitely not scabies.
