Bruise In Legs, Dark Areas After An Accident, Accident Caused PTSD. Treatment To Reduce Dark Areas And Bruise Marks?
Hello, I was in a car accident 17 months ago. I received severe bruising to my legs in three areas which are still dark. My doctor told me last week they are more than likely permanent due to blood, iron etc. being trapped under the skin. Is this true? Is there anything I can do? It's awful, especially with warm weather, to have to look at these dark bruises on my legs. This accident caused me to have PTSD and having a visual reminder is depressing. Thank you for your help....
Hello, Thanks for the query. These dark spots can be reduced by using skin lightening creams. Various creams are available, like melalite XL. Along with this also use aloe vera cream.
