Bruise On Inner Thigh, Tender Bump In Center, No Pain. How To Treat It?
I have what looks like a bruise on my inner thigh (roughly 2 inches diameter) but is not exactly the same. It has a strange bump in the center that is somewhat tender. The rest of the area is normal, no pain. There has been no injury or strain at all recently and I do not recall seeing this bruise this morning. I am healthy in lifestyle and in weight and am flexible in my leg, so again I don t think this is from any strain.
Hi!
Most common causes of spontaneous painless bruise is minor capillary leak. There is no definite cause for it Its self resolving and not worrisome. They usually develop with or without trauma and donot spread into deeper tissue.
However your bruise looks like a insect bite as there is a tender bump in the centre.Diagnosis is based on investigations which we usually advise only if the condition occurs frequently or is recurrent.hope this helps you!
