I am very sorry to hear that you chose to shoot up crystal methamphetamine and you now have thrombophlebitis which is inflammation of the vein into which you injected. I believe there was also some amount of blood oozing out of the blood vessel causing bruise like area which is red and yellow in color. It will heal in a few days, however you need to make sure that the area is not infected, and consult a local doctor about the same. Applying local antibiotics and analgesics may help but systemic ones are more effective. I wish you the best in recovery and hope you do not try these drugs again. I hope this helps.
