Bubble Like Growths On The Penis. Not STD. Warts?

I have some bubble like appearances on my glans around the area where my foreskin connects to the head. Ive been tested for all stds recently and all tests were negative. It was around this time that i noticed these bubbles. No pain itching or anything. Doesnt look like a wart but i dont know specifics about flat warts. Always used a condom during sex.

Urologist 's  Response
Hello
Thanks for your query.Based on the facts that you have posted it appears that you have
developed what is called as Paraphimosis.
This is due to collection of serous fluid between two layers of foreskin.
Please take antibiotics along with anti inflammatory drug like Diclofenac for a week.
It should subside within a week.If problem persists try to change the condom as it is likely to be due allergic reaction to chemical used as a lubricant,
Dr.Patil.
