Bulls Eye Rash, Puss In Broken Area Of Skin, Lumps, Itching, Doubt Of Being Bitten By A Tick

I think I have been bitten by a tick on Tuesday dusk in the park (I was sat on a bench). I have the bullseye rash, but also worrying, 1 broken area of skin where lots of puss came out yesterday, and two other lumps that look slightly greyish. It has begun to itch this evening having returned from work and removed a large plaster. :(

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,
From history it seems that due to tick bite there is allergic reaction on the part giving riseto itching and afterwards got secondary bacterial infection due to itching.
Take one antibiotic medicine course to control secondary infection.
Take antihistamine like Cetrizine or Benadryl tablet.
Apply antibiotic cream after cleaning the part.
Ok and take care.
