Bump Behind Ear For 3 Weeks, Headache. Swollen Posterior Auricular Node?

Hi my name is Hailey and my fiance has had this bump on a little way behind her ear on her head for about 3 weeks now. I thought it could be a swollen Posterior auricular node but I dont know for sure and i'm freaking out. It doesn't hurt, but she has been having headaches. She says that she doesnt know if the headaches are there because she thinks somethings wrong or if somethings actually wrong. Please. I need your advice and help.

Hi, it appears that she has the node due to the infection some where in the nearby area, like external ear, sinuses, or scalp may be due to the head lice or some thing else. The head ache may be due to infection, or sinusitis.
I advise you to consult a surgeon for diagnosis and treatment .
Thank you.
