Bump In Groin Area, Skin Little Lighter. Remedy?

I have a size of a dime hard dry bump in my groin area. I asked my VA doctor when they (there were several of them not so hard) he said they were probably caused by the florida heat I live in. That was almost two years ago and although all but two are gone I still have this condition. The skin seems to be a little bit lighter then mine like a callus. They feel rather like a callus too. They do not hurt at all and they are void of any liquids that I can tell. I want to SCRATCH them off. Is there anything I can do to get rid of this bump??

Hello.
Thanks for writing to us.
The small bump in the groin area could be due to a callus formation- rare or due to a genital wart. A direct examination by a dermatologist will help in the exact diagnosis.
I hope this information has been both informative and helpful for you.
