Hi,
Thanks for writing in.

If you have not had complete penetrative sex but rubbed penis on your outer part, there is still a possibility of you getting sexually transmitted disease.

Genital warts appear in the way you have explained and that needs to be ruled out. Genital warts is caused by human papilloma virus and is highly contagious. Even skin on skin contact can spread the disease. These bumps appear as skin tags and are painless but may develop itching later.

Please consult with a doctor and get yourself examined to confirm genital warts.

Hope this helps.

Anesthesiologist Dr. Manjeth Kumar G's  Response
Hello,
Welcome to Healthcaremagic,
From your query i understood that you are suffering from either Human papilloma viral infection ( Genital warts ) or Simple Papillomatosis ( Papillary vulvar Hirsutism)

Genital wart is a Sexually transmitted disease caused by Human Papilloma virus.
As you have history of Penis rub on your genitals, it may be possible.

Papillomatosis is a benign condition
It does not need any treatment
Just reassurance is enough.

Genital warts looks like surface of cauliflower. More than one and form cluster.
Papillomatosis is momorhous symmetric and not form cluster.

You need physical examination by gynaecologist.Investigations like Pap smear, Biopsy if needed to be done.

Genitel warts are treatable by cream, cryotherapy or cauterization.

You can Have HPV Vaccine to prevent HPV infections.
Get your partner treated.
Please follow these measures until you meet gynaecologist.
1. Keep the area clean.
2. Do not scratch the treated area.
3. Wash your hands after touching the warts.
4. Avoid sexual contact until treated.
5. Apply cold compresses to relieve discomfort.
Hope this helps.
If any doubt, Kindly reply.
Take care.

Regards,
Dr.Manjeth.
