Bump On Outer Vagina, Changing In Size. What Could Be This?

I have a bump on my outer vagina. It is small and I have picked a few haired from it. I am not sure if it is warts or Folliculitis. I went to the doctor and she said it could be folliculitis. I keep looking at it and it is not going away. It changes in size through out the day. It seems to start small but if I scratch it or mess with it it looks to get bigger.
