Bump On Wrist, Itching, Burning Sensation, Recurring In Nature, Smoker. Is This A Cause For Concern?

Hi, I have been getting a small bump randomly on my wrist lately. They appear at random and dissapear within a few hours if left alone. They itch and burn quite badly, and it can hurt if I push on the bump. It has happened about three times in the last two weeks, all in the same area on my wrist. I am an overweight female smoker, otherwise no serious medical issues.
