Bump Sticking On Top Of Left Foot, Recurring, Occasional Sharp Pain. Anything To Worry?
I have a bump sticking out of the top of my left foot and it feels hard like a bone. Sometimes it goes away for a couple of days to a week but always comes back and most of the time it comes back bigger than before. It is sometimes uncomfortable and kind of embarassing. I sometimes experience a sharp pain in my left foot or leg, I am not sure if this is caused by the bump or if it is just coincidental. I was just wondering if i should be concerned about this?
Hi, it appears to be the ganglion, a herniation of the synovial sac. It is in inflamatory stage, as it increasing and decreasing position. It will respond to the treatment, so i advise you to consult an orthopedic surgeon for diagnosis and treatment . If it is not receding and permanently there it is to be incised. Thank you.
