Bumped On Head. Threw Up, Yellow Diarrhea. Had Flu. Advise?

Hi, my one year old bumped his forehead 3 days ago around 9:30 am and later that evening around 7 pm, he threw up and has been hut only when he coughs. He also has yellow diarrhea, could it be related to the head injury3, he was around a child from his daytime that had the flu last weekend, he's alert but very cuddly which normally he is active. I'm not sure if the fly can last this long and his bump has gone away almost, and there is just a yellowish bruise now, is it likely he would be throwing up after coughing cause his bump? Or mire like the flu

Thanks for your query.
I understand your concern.
Your child is having features of acute gastroenteritis with cough which is mostly viral in nature and settles in few days.
It is unrelated to injury .
Maintain hydration by giving fluids-oral rehydration solution sip by sip after loose stool,coconut water,lemonade,curd,boiled potato.
Watch for any dehydration like decreased urine output/lethargy.
In case symptoms persist get him evaluated by pediatrician.
