Bumps Behind Ears, White Discharge. Pimples? Have Oily Skin

I have these little pimple like bumps behind my ears and when squeezed something thick and white comes out of them, it has a bad smell. They continue to fill back up. Are they cysts or pimples?! What can I do to get rid of them . I have naturally oily skin and also found I can press my finger nail on the sides of my nose and slide it up the side of my nose and the same thing comes from my pores

I have gone through your query regarding small bumps behind the ear and near the side of nostril. These bumps on pressing oozes out thick ,bad smelling, whitish material. You told that your skin is oily.
Considering these facts I think most probably you are having sebaceous cyst. As far as treatment is concern you should take wide spectrum antibiotic, Anti-inflammatory along with vitamins.
If this conservative treatment fails than they can be removed by laser.
