Bumps Full Of Pus In Butt Cracks
Im 27, female about 170, im 5 6, I keep getting small lil splits that turn into like three lil bumps together n they hurt and if I sqeeze it pus comes out they also have lil dots on top of them this is in my butt crack

In butt crack due to not cleaning properly there is likely of having fungal infection or due to itching infection take place,you have got infection on the part.
Go for antibiotic medicine orally and local application of triple action cream will cure your problem.
