Bumps On Back Of Throat, Dark Red Veins. Have Post Nasal Drip. What Could Be This?
Hi I'm 19 years old,female and I noticed at the back of my throat there are yellow/pink small bumps kind of look skin colored and there are also dark red veins in the whole area..I do have post nasal drip but the veins and bumps are freaking me out they do not hurt no sore throat if I didn't look I wouldn't even know they were there I get no irritation only when my post nasal drip is acting up at night. What could be the cause of those darks veins and bumps?

Most probably your having chronic pharyngitis,due to post nasal drip ( PND).Post nasal drip do cause recurrent and chronic pharynngitis.Since it is not producing any symptoms there is nothing to worry. This condition doesn’t need any treatment, However examination from an ENT surgeon is advisable to rule out any serious condition and for management of PND.
