Bumps On Elbows, Foot And Finger. Light In Color. What To Do?

i have had bumps on my elbows for the last 5 yrs or mayb 6 now i have one one my right foot and on on my right middle finger(top of hand below knuckle) they are light in color and do not itch they hurt if i put pressure on them and they kind of look like little burns. they are hard not filled with fluid... i saw a nrp and he told me to c a dermatologist but i have no insurance. Ne ideas???

Multiple subcutaneous nodules can be due to many reasons like,

1. Rheumatoid nodulosis

2. Dermatofibroma

3. Neurofibroma
