Bumps On Foreskin And Scrotum Area, Itching. Applying Anti Fungal Cream. Advice?
Hi, I have been noticing some bumps on my foreskin and scrotum region. The area itches a lot especially in the nights. So I went to the pharmacy and bought anti-fungal cream.I used the cream for about a month 2 weeks. The bumps on my scrtocum disappeared but the ones on foreskin is getting worst and itching even more. The ting is I can't stop ichying it too. I need help

It seems that you are having fungal infection on the part.
Along with applying anti-fungal cream go for oral anti-fungal tablet like Flucanozole 150 mg once in a week for 4 weeks.
Keep local part clean, dry and airy.

You have to take proper local care,Keep that area dry,Don't wear tight undergarment.use medicated soap to clean.
Avoid sex till get complete cure.
Start local anti fungal,antibacterial,steroid cream.Complete course of oral flucanazole -150 will be helpful.
