Hi,I am Dr. Santosh Kondekar (Pediatrician). I will be looking into your question and guiding you through the process. Please write your question below.
My baby boy was born two months back. His penis is a little bent to the left. He was urinating with a steady sharper stream to a longer distance. We showed it to the doctor and said that the skin was a bit shorter on the inner side and longer on the outer causing it to bend a bit. He slightly tore open the foreskin and said he would have to observe after a few weeks. Is this going to be a problem for my son. Any problems he would face now and in the future when he becomes an adult, i mean in his sexual life.
Can you send me a picture? Some mild bends are common and noting to be worried. Severe degrees(chordee) might need intervention. If his urine stream is good and straight, we need not worry as of now.
Hope I have answered your queries. Let me know if I can assist you further.
