Hi I have found lymph node like bumps in my neck that move when touched is that normal? Also I have been feeling lightheaded with a heavy head like theirs alot of pressure on my neck numb exhausted my whole body becomes weak i get disoriented to the point I become unresponsive like I'm in a daze and it's hard for me to speak I do have bad anxiety thgh but what could be the cause of this?
According to your history you are most likely suffering from benign cystic swelling , or another possibility of cervical disc prolapse. It can be lymph node enlargement due to infection or lymphoma. investigate completely in form of Xray and MRI. cervical spine. Blood investigation and clinical examination required by surgeon.
