Bumps On Pubic Area. Bleeds When Popped. What Could It Be?

About a month ago I noticed a few small skin colored zit like bumps on my pubic area and tried popping one. It took a few tries but then started bleeding a good amount and took some time to stop. The bumps are not zits there is no puss in them. when popped it looks like its simply just skin. But now there is several more. Most of my pubic area and aa portion of the sides of my penis have these bumps too. Please could someone tell me what this is? My girlfriend and I want to get tested but are not sure where to go

Most likely it could be inflammation in the hair route.
Keep proper local hygiene,Use medicated soap for cleaning.
Apply local anti fungal,anti bacterial cream.Take oral NSAID.
Avoid sex till get complete cure.
Consult your physician for better diagnosis and medical management.
