Bumps On Pubic Area, Have Razor Burns, Bleeding. Have Not Been Suxually Active. Are They Crabs?

I am a 24 year old male. I noticed a few strange white looking bumps on my pubic area recently. I shave the area often so I am used to the occasional razor burn, but these are not like any razor burn or pimples I have seen before. I took a flashlight to the area and noticed several small, l almost blister like bumps, which I noticed did not go away after sometime. I squeezed a couple of them and they seemed to bled a lot more than a normal ingrown hair would and they appeared to look almost like tiny eggs, which has me extremely worried I have crabs. I have not been sexually active in over a year so this is very concerning to me. I am hoping it is just razor burn but at this point I am extremely worried I may have contracted it from a toiler seat or something? What would you suggest?

Hi Dear

Welcome to the Health care magic

Dear friend probably you are developing folicullitis.

This is a streptococcal bacterial infection. Here lot of tiny boils collect in one defined area and make a group. Some time if they are not treated well in time they may develop a carbuncle after merging with all and make a big ulcer.

Regular cleaning with antiseptic solution and a course of antibiotic active against the gram positive organism will eradicate the problem completely.

Always apply some antiseptic lotion in the pubic area after cleaning the pubic hairs .

Hope your query is answered with your satisfaction.

Thanks
