Burning During Bowel Movement, Pimples In Anus After Getting Cured Of STD With Burning Urination And Semen Leakage. Any Ideas?

I had some how std including burning sensation while urination and yellow liquid like semen leakage then after curing iy with series of injections and antibiotics I had same anus itching the doctor told me it hemarroids I took some creams and shave around my anus but now I feel a little burn during bowel movements and got lots of pimples around anus but probably it s because of the shaving but I donot know why I have this burn in bowel movements

Greetings from health care magic!!! I am Dr Thakker and shall be answering your question.

I can understand your concerns about the STD and fears associated with it. Given the description of your symtoms, it looks as though you have acquired gonococcal urethritis , which was cured with antibiotics. The bowel symptoms could possibly be because of one of the following:

Proctitis secondary to gonococci or LGV.

Fissures/ haemorrhoids

I would also like to know if you have indulged in penetrative anal intercourse, protected or unprotected. a per rectal digital examination by a doctor is necessary for further management of your condition. This could be followed by a PR proctoscopy. Also you need to be tested for HIV as a screening test.
