Burning During Urination And The Skin Around The Vagina Is Red. Are These Symptoms Of Any STD's?

I'm a 19 year old female I was having unprotected sex with my ex boyfriend and recently found out he was sleeping with other girls. Sometimes it burns when I urinate but it only lasts for like a day or so and once it's gone away it comes back weeks or even more than a month later. I had my period like a week ago but I still continue having mild cramps, and also I noticed the skin around the outside of my vagina was a dark shade of red, is it possibly an std or sti that could've been transferred?

Hi, Welcome to Health care magic forum.
Most probably it the S.T.D, the gonnoherea, charecterised by the burning during micturition, white discharge, and may be ulcers.
I advise you to consult a dermatologist for diagnosis and treatment.
Take more of green leafy vegetables, pulses, sprouts, and
protein rich foods,to develope resistance against such infections.
Wishing for a quick and complete recovery.
