Burning During Urination, Frequent Urge To Urinate, Clear Pus Discharge. Symptoms Of UTI?

I m a healthy 25 year old male. I believe I m experiencing a UTI . Symptoms are burning when urinating, constant urge to urinate which is only relived when sitting down on the toilet. When I do try to urinate only a little comes out. Secreted some clear pus prior to start of symptoms. Any clue what s going on? Have not been sexually active for the last couple months so I can rule out an STD .

Thanks for your query.Based on the facts that you have posted it appears that you have Acute UTI..
Please get your routine urine test and urine culture done to confirm the diagnosis.
Start taking antibiotic like Ciproflaxacin along with urinary antiseptic like Nitrofurantoin twice daily.and some urine alkaliser like Citralka ..
Get prescription of these drugs from your family Physician.
Ensure to consume more water to keep your urine dilute.This should get resolved in a week.
