Burning Sensation After Having Food. Normal ECG, Cardiogram, Endoscopy Results. What Could Be This?

Since one month i am feeling burning sensation after breakfast, lunch, dinner.ihave taken out ecg,cardiigram from dr mahurkar it is normal.consulted dr.paranjape gastroentrologist.he has taken out endoscopy,it is normal.sonography of stomach is normal.blood & stool test is normal.The problem is still there.i have taken PANKRIOFLAT,PANTOP DSR,GELUSIL LIQUID.KINDLY Suggest what to do.

Hello. Hope you may be fine by now. One think I am requesting to all the patients that they should always mention their age. Since you have burning sensation soon after eating and your USG abdomen and UGI endoscopy is normal. There is nothing much to worry. Just keep patience continue with proton pump inhibitor panataprazole, you can make it twice a day 1/2 hr before meals. Along with this take some prokinetic agent like itopride 150mg od before breakfast. Also remember to avoid fatty things, dont lie down soon after meals wander for about 1/2 an hour after each meals, dont take complete diet at once rather small and frequent meal is advisable. Also see whether this symptoms are aggravated by some specific food which can be avoided. No need to take PANKRIOFLAT. Also I hope you are not having alaraming symptoms like weight loss, loss of appetite, anemia, if present revisit your Gastroenetrologist. i hope this will help you. Please remain in touch.
