I read your concern and it seems that increased
WBC is due to infections and that caused
fever like symptoms ... You and doctor need not be concerned of high WBC as there is nothing to suspect
pregnancy by WBC counts ., If Doctor is concerned of health then I would suggest you to do HCG test and could clear doubt.
Avoiding the occurrence of
urinary tract infection is the key to reduce fever and WBC.
Antibiotics for a week will help to reduce infections.
Water will help to overcome UTI as it flushes out bacteria from the
urinary system. So, drink as much water as possible.
Holding your urine will result in the increase of bacteria, which will further result in infection, so do not hold back your urine.
Practice good personal hygiene.
Take shower before and after sexual activity. This will reduce the chances of getting infection to a great extent.
