what can cause me to feel burning at the top of my penis and somtime feel intch inside and somtimes my testicles feel num and my anus feel like some thing is crawling or moving inside and pain this happen mostly when i eat sweet or not eat right as in change of diet, the first time i felt it i did an aids test it come out negative now for the last couple weeks my diet have change i been eating bread and light food for break fast and dinner i find it hard to defecate and some blood came when i do since i start to eat cook food again the blood stop and i excrete better but still feel my penis and anus feel strange sometime, my penis has foreskin on it and my family have a history of nerves problem can you help me please
I think what you have sounds a lot like irritable bowel syndrome or lactose or sucrose intolerance. Since you have identified the cause, now all you have to do is to avoid it. This means that you have to avoid sugary foods. Try this out, if it does not help you to reduce the problem, what you can do is to start on a drug that reduces the activity of the bowel. These are drugs like sulfasalazine.
