Burning Sensation While Peeing. Noticed Swelling And Itchy Spots In Groin Area. Any Ideas?

HI. So about 3 days ago, it started to burn down there when i peeied. then yesterday i started to notice that it was swollen down there and itches and i have a few dots thats i thought was pimples but have black heads in em. what could those be? im scared! Ive had the same sex partner for about 3 years now and never had a problem with either one of us! what could it be?? and how to help it get better?? it hurts so much i wanna cry sometimes!!

Hi there ~

Seems like you have a urinary tract infection since you have burning sensation while urinating. The spots that you mention also seem to be a related infection. However you have to see a qualified doctor to have your problems resolved. Drinking a lot of water helps in clearing out the infection, nonetheless you should see your doctor.

No doubt it could be..Urinary Tract Infection..,
And also you got fungal infection too..,
It may get possible even in normal couples..,
So use Azithromycin and fluconazole kit tablets..,
Plenty of oral fluids..,
Alkaline citrate syrup 2 spoons 3 time daily..,
Salt water washing on affecting site..,
will give good relief..,
