Burning Urination. Done Urine Analysis. What Does It Mean?
I am 21 years old, stand 5 2 , weight 110lbs. I have a burning feeling when peeing but no pain. I had my urinalysis , and the result was color: yellow reaction(PH):6.0 transparency: turbid specific gravity: 1.030 protein: trace sugar: negative pus cells: TNTC RBC: 2-3/HPF epithelial cells: few amorphous urates crystals: few bacteria: few what does this mean?

Burning urination or painful urination is also referred to as dysuria. Burning sensation with urination can be caused by infectious (including sexually transmitted infections) and noninfectious conditions, but is most commonly due to bacterial infection of the urinary tract affecting the bladder.

E. coli is the most common cause of bladder infections. Bladder infection symptoms and signs include frequent urination, burning
treatment,
UTIs easily become resistant if you don't finish antibiotics,[4] so follow the instructions carefully and take all of your pills for the specified time period.
Do not drink alcohol if you are on antibiotics. It weakens their effectiveness.
Stay out of the sun if you're prescribed bactrim or any sulfa medications.

Your urine analysis shows some infection as bacteria are detected. Few means they are not too significant but their presence warrants sufficient care. Correlating with your symptoms, you should get treated for infection. Please contact your doctor for advice. Meanwhile, take plenty of water and rest. Get well soon.

So, it indicates presence of urinary tract infection.
You should consult with your treating doctor for prescribing some broad spectrum antibiotic like ciprofloxacin.
