OB & GYN Specialist 's  Response
hello,

Above clinical feature is mostly associated with rough sex, leads to blunt trauma around vagina or cervix.

Here, you need to get examined by your gynecologist to proceed relevant investigation & management. Take proper antibiotic treatment and local hot compression to get some relief.

Practice safe sex in future. Drink plenty of water and maintain genital hygiene properly. All the best.
