Hi Doctor. I ve got things growing on my vagina. They look like clusters on tiny fingers om the pink part below my clit. They hurt during intercourse and during urination. I had unprotected sex with my partner but these things grew during my period. Before he and I were intimate. I m freaked out. Please help.

This could be Bartholin cyst and you may need antibiotic for it. Along with that over the counter analgesics will help. Some baseline investigations like complete blood count will help in tracing the infection level. If it’s not settling then consult obstetrician and get biopsy done.
