My vulva burns.Last week I had a burning throbbing pain in my labia major on the right side.It seemed to have spread through my vaginal opening and inside,but that kind of pain was like it had soap inside.(a dry scratchy feeling) only on the right side.I went to see my doctor and I had my pap test done and told him I had burning and was prescribed anti fungal cream and pills .He thought I had bacterial vaginosis .I ve been using the cream for the past week and it still burns.There is no redness itching or abnormal discharge.Now my labia minora is enlarged and hard on my left side,it doesn t hurt to touch it,it s just bothersome.The burning is still there and it s now all over my vulva.I have sex with my husband and it doesn t hurt.what could this be?please help!
