I have a burning/warmth sensation in the legs and arms. It occurs on localized spots. There is no swelling. My legs hurt while walking. But improves when resting Skins seems normal, no redness, rashes . I also have symptoms of erectile dysfunction . I am a 52 year old male. No diabetes or other conditions. I am overweight , but I walk whenever I can...

The feeling of warmth in the limbs with pain in the legs while walking might be related to a nerve root compression at the level of lumbar spine. Getting an MRI of the spine will appropriate for an early diagnosis.
