CT Scan Done. Subgalial Soft Tissue Hematoma Seen, Linear Fracture Of Right Temporal Bone Seen, Haemorrhage Noted, Suggest

CT. SCAN BRAIN PLAIN
PLAIN CT STUDY OF BRAIN DONE BY TAKING 5 MM AXIAL SECTION FROM BASE OF THE SKULL
•     Subgalial Soft tissue Hematoma seen in right temporal region.
•     Linear undisplaced fracture seen in occipited bone on right sight.
•     Linear fracture of right temporal bone seen extending to rigt mastoid bone & air cells.
•     E/O Pneumoenchephalous seen along right parietooccipital & right cerebellar convexity.
•     E/O Haemorrhage noted in right mastoid air cells.
•     No e/o intracranial haemorrhage noted.
•     Brain parenchyma appears normal in attenuation pattern.
•     Both of Gangilio-Capsular regions appear normal.
•     Ventricular system appears normal.
Bold word is problematic

My child is age is 5 yrs. Old. My child is normal behavior no extra abnormal activity or no oral problem but Dr. is suggested 1 month rest carefully & anytime disturbance problem I diden’t know.

Thanks for writing in.
As you have said, your 5 year old has had a head trauma.
Coming to your question:
Subgaleal hematoma is a bleed just below the skin, I the galea layer of the scalp. You needn't worry for this as it will be absorbed itself I sometime.
The fractures in occipital, temporo mastoid with bleeding into mastoid air cells will also get absorbed in few days.
The pneumoencephalus in occipital region is little amount of air that bas entred the headc through the fractures. This will also disappear in due course.
If your child has vomiting or disorientation then please take consultation from your doctor.
