CT Scan Of Chest Done. Suggest Treatment?

my mother was this problem recently for CT scan for chest plain report for this.
IMPRESSION (1) 1.9×1.68 cm well-defined soft tissue density lesion with no appreciable enhancement left upper lobe.
(2) small consolidation in left upper lobe.
(3) Minimal periheptic fluid noted.
(4) Subcentimeter mediastinal lymphnodes noted.

So please tell me what is the right treatment of this.

hi Dear and welcome to healthcare magic ....
Dear dicision cant be made only on the bases of CT scan report.....three other things are important before making a diagnoses ....
History:
fever is high grade or low grade,and is more prominent in evening or not ...cough with sputum yes or NO ...
Examination:
looking for signs of TB,pneumonia,or malignency .....
Lab tests:
sputum examination and complete blood count .....
treatment is according to the diagnoses ..
