CT Scan Report Shows White Areas In Result. Should I Be Worried?

Hi I just had a CT scan last week due to head ach and a constance rining in my ears ( 24/7 for almost 20 years now ) any way my DR. said the scan showed some white cells or areas.. and she want me to see a neuroligish ( head/brain doctor ) Is this something I should worry about ( white stuff )? ohh I am 61 yo

white areas in your CT scan may represent a tumor or bleed. As far as your age is concerned both the possibilities cannot be entirely ruled out and it is advisable to to consult to a neurologist as soon as possible.
