Can 1500mg Of Multivitamin Centrum Be Taken For Osteoporosis?

yes.. my dr. said 1000 mg ,for osteoporosis.hard to find exactly since my multivitamin centrum has alreadt 500mg. there is no 500mg solo in the market. only 4oo mg,so i end up with 900 mg total daily. if i take a total of 1500mg,is it dangerous for my kidneys? . please dont charge me for asking.thanks

I have gone through your query. As you have 900 mg available option you can choose that.100 mg in this is not a big difference as you are taking most vitamins in your daily diet. No need to go for 1500 as it may cause hypervitaminosis. Hope this may help you.
