I am a retired Organic Farmer from Vermont. Used herbicide 24-D one time in 1949 soon after it was introduced. I applied to much at rows end and nothing would grow in quarter moon area at turn around. Never used it again. Took me to organic farming in three years comparing organic VS chemicals 1950-1952. Have never used any chemicals starting in 1953 and won many farm awards in Vermont and New England starting in 1958. Can out grow all chemicals and produce healthy food. Please look up my book: Learned by the Fencepost on google to prove I am legitimate. Wrote it when 82 and started organic at 22. My question: I found herbicide 24-D now glyphosate to be a hormone that grows the weeds so fast they wilt. I warned the Agriculture Advisers in 1952 about he accumulation in the soil. I was told it would dissipate and it has not. It is found in 93% of human blood and Mothers breast milk. I am concerned that babies are developing their hormone system, not sure when it starts. I do not know as not a scientists, (called a dumb farmer many times). Question: Can unnatural hormones from the outside source interfere with natural or over ride and cause AUTISM. The elapsed time is perfect as it took many years to go from soil (the residue) to the plant. The food and human blood. If this is true if stopped now it would still be in the soil or years to come. Monsanto is a 53 billion dollars company which I call evil as they have created this for money over humanity and the health of the children around the world. Many areas of failures have been blamed on the users not the producer. Costing tax payers billions. A good example of Agent Orange 24-D colored orange. It is a tragedy as many soldiers died of cancer in their thirties. Children so mal formed not saving and aborted, Tax payers paying the 25 thousand restitution not the wealthy chemical companies. I have another reason that can be causing AUTISM. Hope you will accept my concern. Would like disguising the problem some more.
