I am so sorry to hear about this disturbing information about yout menses. postior is a hormone that affects the normal trends of events in the reproductive cycle making conception difficult. However, taking it repeatedly is not the best way to go. This actually designed yo be taken once in a while should we run into difficulties and not routinely after consciously having unprotected sex. It is the most likely cause of this messed up cycle.
Talk to your doctor who would assess you and present the various methods of contraception to you from which you can make an informed choice. Remember contraception does not protect against sexually transmitted diseases, condoms do.
