Can Acidophilus Probiotic Be Taken Along With Antibiotic For UTI?

I have a UTI. Prescribed Bactrim -stopped after taking 3 pills severe hamstring cramps what antibiotic can I take instead and also can I take (have slight anemia) an acidophilus probiotic to avoid an infection while taking the antibiotic since I am prone to bacterial infections?

I really appreciate your concern, if this is the confirmed urinary tract infection then it cab be best treated with Ofloxacin 400 mg twice in day for 4 days, but ideally urine need to be tested for culture sensitivity test, hope this information helps, take care and have a nice day.
