Can Adderall Be Taken While Suffering From CPVT?

a teenage girl diagnosed with CPVT is still going out for varsity basketball at her high school. She also wants to keep taking prescribed Adderall to help her studying, etc. which is a greater risk? playing competitive varsity basketball or taking the Adderall. are both OK? or neither?

Will to have CPVT , both of these two options are extremely risky. I wonder why would some one be this casual towards such a dreadful disease? Ventrivular tachcardia can be fatal in seconds, and competitive games should be avoided at all cost in CPVT. Risk with adderal cannot be neglected as well. So I would strongly advise to avoid putting life at risk.
