HI, thanks for using healthcare magic

If both feet/ankles are affected the possible causes are: side effect of medication, arthritis, heart disease, liver disease, kidney disease, venous disease.
Adderall is not known to cause this effect.

Venous disease may be a possible cause since there is a history of inactivity. If this is the case then elevation of the legs and the use of special stockings would help

It would be best to be assessed by your doctor to determine the cause and initiate treatment.

I hope this helps
