Can Advil Or Tylenol Be Taken For Headache?

Hi - I just began a Rx for Trazadone (for difficulty with sleep, secondary to depression) - two nights ago I took 25 mg. Last night at bedtime I had the onset of a headache. I took 25 mg of Trazadone again. I didn t sleep well, and I still have the headache. Can I take Advil or Tylenol for my headache and should I keep taking the Trazadone? Thanks! I did not know there is a charge for this question.... I don t have the money to pay for this...
