Can Agrylin And Warfarin Be Taken Together?

Can my husband take Rx Agrylin along with Warfarin (4 Mg a day)for Afib, Digoxin (125 MCG 1 x Day), Diltiazem (120 Mg 1 x Day). He has high platelets and has been on 500 Mg HYDROXYUREA for 5 years with few results to lower the high platelets. The Oncologist is to try this AGRYLIN. Please advise, Husband also takes Multi vitamins, 1000 Mg Fish Oil, 1000 Mg Vitamin C, 600 Mg + D3 Calcium and1000 D3 Daily. Thank You...

Agrylin is compsed of 'anagrelide hydrochloride', which is a platelet-reducing agent. It is used to treat primary thrombocythemia, a blood disorder in which there are too many platelets in the blood.
When Agrylin and warfarin are taken together, could increase the risk of bleeding (hemorrhage). Kindly be watchful regarding this and seek medical attention promptly if you notice any symptoms pertaining to bleeding.
